DESCRIPTION:Room 303\n\nThe City of Racine is beginning development of its 2026 Annual Action Plan (AAP) for programs funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)\, including: \n\nCommunity Development Block Grant (CDBG)\nHOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME)\nEmergency Solutions Grant (ESG)\n\nThis hearing is part of the City’s citizen participation process to identify community needs and priorities before the draft plan is prepared. \nWe want to hear from you! Share your input on housing\, public services\, economic development\, and neighborhood improvement needs. \nResidents\, stakeholders\, and service providers are encouraged to attend and provide input.
