How to pay a Municipal Citation
Introduction
If you’d like to resolve the violation listed on your citation from the City of Racine, Wisconsin, you can simply pay the amount shown in accordance with City Ordinances.

VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express cards accepted through the Point and Pay website.
- A Convenience Fee will be applied per transaction.
- The fee is:
- 2.75% of the transaction total, or
- A minimum of $2.00, whichever is greater.
- You can pay for multiple tickets in one transaction to reduce fees.

By Mail
Make your check or money order payable to the City of Racine and write the citation number and your State issued ID number on your check or money order. Include your name and address on the envelope and on the ticket where indicated below. DO NOT MAIL CASH.

Payments must be received in our office by the due date to avoid additional penalties.
Drop Box
Deposit your payment in the drop box at the Racine Police Department. The drop box is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In Person
At the Racine Police Department Lobby from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. or Drive-Thru from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
