Racine Gathers for America’s 250th

Join us for a family-friendly celebration as Racine comes together to commemorate America’s 250th anniversary. This will be one of many celebrations happening all over the nation. Come enjoy a meaningful afternoon filled with live entertainment, food, and activities the whole family can enjoy right in the heart of our downtown. 

What to Expect 

  • Live Music & Performances 
    Enjoy a lineup of local talent throughout the afternoon. (performance schedule will be announced soon!) 
  • Food & Activities 
    We’ve got the BBQ covered, just bring the sunscreen! Come take part in games and activities fun for all ages.  
  • Community Time Capsule & Scholarship Recognition 
    Be part of history in the making as we bury a Racine community time capsule, preserving our stories for future generations.  The capsule will also include the essays written by our two scholarship recipients. 

Whether you’re grabbing a bite to eat, or spending the day with friends and neighbors, there’s something for everyone.
