Contracts Out To Bid and Official Notices
The City of Racine is no longer providing printed copies of our Bid Documents and are now providing electronic Bid Documents which can be downloaded from the QuestCDN website. If you click on the following link, it will bring up all projects that have been bid through QuestCDN.
Please note that Planholder’s Lists and any Addendums associated with a project will be available at this website. If the City of Racine requires a Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting on a project, the Sign-In sheet from the meeting will be posted on the website under Project Q & A.
