Main Street Closure

Main Street is going to be closed to vehicle and pedestrian traffic due to roadway construction starting Monday April 21st, 2025. The limits of the road construction are from Goold Street to Melvin Ave. However, the Melvin Ave and Goold Street intersections will remain open at all times, as they are not affected by the construction. The roadway reconstruction will take place in phases.

Mt Pleasant Street Public Informational Meeting

WIS 38: Rapids Drive to County MM

WIS 38 will be reduced to a single lane of traffic in each direction and will remain open to local traffic (travelers with a destination inside the work zone) during construction. Access to local residences and businesses will be maintained.

N. Main Street Interceptor Relay Project

The N. Main Street Interceptor Relay construction will begin in mid-July 2024. The sanitary sewer pipe in the road will be re-laid. This project covers N. Main Street from Augusta Street to William Street and this section of roadway will be closed to all traffic. Detour routes will be posted to utilize Erie Street. Estimated completion of this project is October 2024.
