Additional Player Fee: $40 (may be added at any time with no limit)

Suggested Sponsor Fee: $265

Registration Information: Teams must submit a properly completed and signed team registration form with all applicable fees. Cash, MasterCard/Visa, or checks payable to City of Racine PRCS for the exact amount are accepted. (Returned checks will incur a $50 charge and elimination from the league).

Managers must have players fill out an Adult Team Registration Form.

No Games: Memorial Day 5/25 & 5/26, Juneteenth 6/19 and Independence Day 7/3 – 7/6
