The City of Racine is rewriting its Zoning Code to balance the City’s needs, long-term goals, and alignment with the City’s 2050 Comprehensive Plan.
Community feedback is essential to this process, and we need your help to ensure the new Zoning Code reflects the community’s needs. Residents and stakeholders are invited to attend an Open House on the proposed draft Zoning Code and Zoning Map on January 27, 2026, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Gateway Technical College (1001 Main Street, Racine Building, Quad Rooms).
Your input will help shape the final version of the City’s Zoning Code.
