Lockwood Park Sledding Hill

Try out our sledding hill right in the middle of the city at Lockwood Park!
Lockwood Park – City of Racine, located at 4300 Graceland Blvd, is a popular winter destination in Racine.
The park features a large, semi-circular sledding hill with a 45-degree drop, forming a bowl shape that makes for an exhilarating ride.

The hill is illuminated, allowing for sledding after dark during regular park hours (6:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.)

In November, the City of Racine places tires on the hill to assist sledders in walking back up, enhancing accessibility and safety.
These tires remain throughout the winter season, providing a convenient way to ascend the hill without trudging through deep snow.

This family-friendly hill is perfect for kids and adults alike.

Grab your sled and enjoy a day of family fun and winter excitement right here in Racine!
