Meter Replacement Program

The Public Service Commission requires our water meters be replaced every 20 years and there is no charge to you for this service. The water meter is located in your basement usually toward the front of the building.  Someone who is 18 years of age or older must be present at the appointment, which should take approximately 30 minutes with minimal water service interruption.
