Bench and Tree Program
Our Bench and Tree program enables trees and benches to be placed in our parks to commemorate, honor, recognize, or remember a loved one or special event, while providing an amenity for the entire community to enjoy!
How does it work?
Our parks and forestry divisions have preselected models of benches and species of trees that maintain the natural setting of our parks. There are 2 models of benches and a number of tree species to choose from. Our parks and forestry divisions will work with you to identify the appropriate location within the park system for your bench or tree. Please keep in mind some parks may not be available, as space is limited, final locations depend on planning processes already underway, and the PRCS department has final approval of all requests.

If you mail your donation, we accept checks or money orders. Make payable to City of Racine Parks, Recreation & Cultural Services. If you visit our office, you can also pay with a credit /debit card.
