Fees
- Team Fee: $540
(Includes 11 players; COED teams include 10 players) - Additional Player Fee:
- $40 Resident
- $60 Non-Resident
(Additional players may be added at any time with no limit)
- Suggested Sponsor Fee: $100
Registration Requirements
Teams must submit a properly completed and signed team registration form along with all applicable fees.
Accepted Payment Methods:
- Cash
- MasterCard / Visa
- Check payable to City of Racine PRCS (exact amount only)
Important: Returned checks will incur a $50 fee

Team Sideline App – Manager Responsibilities

Log into the Team Sideline app and update all team information

Use Team Sideline as the primary source for schedules, standings, and league updates

Communicate with players using the app’s real-time messaging features

Ensure all team information remains accurate and up to date throughout the season

How to Start Registration
To begin registration, teams must complete the Adult ROSTER Registration Form with the minimum number of required players.
- Managers must ensure players complete the Adult ROSTER Registration Form
- Submit the roster with the minimum required number of players
- Provide payment at the time of submission
- All additional players must be submitted using the ADDITIONAL Player Registration Form
Note: Resident and Non-Resident additional players have different fees

League Rules & Equipment

- All bats must have an approved ASA stamp
- View bat details and restrictions: Non-Approved Bat List
- All bats will be stickered for the 2026 season
Season Information
- League Play Begins: Sunday, May 3, 2026
No Games On:
- Memorial Day: May 24–25
- Juneteenth: June 19
- Independence Day: July 3–5
