Wellness Incentive
Employees, spouses, and retirees covered by the City health insurance plan who complete the requirementsA thing that is needed or wanted. will be eligible to receive the incentive.
$200 for employees and retirees
$100 for spouses and retiree spouses
Step 1:
Complete enough tasks to receive at least 175 points.
Note, some tasks require documentation to be submitted.
