Registration Fees

Registration fee includes a Youth Hoops T-shirt.

Resident Rate: The resident rate is available to City of Racine residents only.
Residency will be verified through the City of Racine GIS system at the time of registration.

Payment Options: Cash or Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards are accepted.
Apple Pay and other mobile payment options are NOT accepted.

Registration Information

• Registration is first-come, first-served and will remain open until each grade level is full.
• Once a grade level reaches capacity, additional registrants will be placed on a waitlist and assigned a waitlist number.
• Prior participation does not guarantee placement in the current Youth Hoops program.
• Providing false residency information may result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of registration fees.

Waitlist Information

If a spot becomes available, waitlisted participants will be contacted in waitlist-number order.

• Payment is due within 72 hours of being contacted and offered a spot.
• If payment is not received within 72 hours, the participant will be removed from the waitlist and the next waitlisted participant will be contacted.
• If a participant is removed from the waitlist and later wishes to participate, they must register again online and will receive a new waitlist number.
• Being placed on the waitlist does not guarantee placement in the program.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations received on or before October 16: 80% refund; 20% of the registration fee will be retained as a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations received October 17 or later: No refunds will be issued.

Please note: Registration fees are not refundable if a participant is disqualified due to falsified residency information.

Practices:

• Will begin AFTER October 19
• Coaches will contact parents regarding practice days & times
• Practices are at coach’s discretion and will generally be 1 time per week

Games:

• Saturdays-Nov 7, 2026-Feb 7, 2027
  Playoffs for Grades 5-8 only
  Games Start Times-Anytime between 8:00a-3:00pm
