N. Owen Davies Dog Park Overview & History
Opened in 2004, N. Owen Davies Dog Park was Racine’s first dedicated off-leash dog park. Named after former Racine Alderman N. Owen Davies, the park continues to serve as a welcoming community space where dogs and their owners can enjoy safe, social, and active playtime together.

Dog Park Feature

- Dog park rules: up to three dogs per handler; dogs must be at least 4 months old, fully vaccinated, and under voice control. Aggressive behavior requires immediate leashing and removal.
