The CDC recommends using a condom each and every time you have sex. The City of Racine Public Health Department wants everyone to have access to condoms and to know how to use them.
Condoms are available free of charge at the City of Racine Public Health Department’s Sexual & Reproductive Health Clinic, 730 Washington Avenue (Room 4), Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, as well as at numerous other community locations. In addition, the Public Health Department can mail condoms and other prevention supplies directly to your address at no cost to you.

You will receive a padded white envelope containing the prevention supplies you requested along with information about sexually transmitted infections (STIs), STI Clinics, and other services offered by the Public Health Department.
Receiving condoms shows that you are mature enough to practice safe sex. If you are concerned about having condoms mailed to your home, you can pick up free condoms at numerous community locations.
