Located on the scenic shores of Lake Michigan near downtown Racine, Pershing Park offers a variety of recreational opportunities for visitors of all ages. Whether you’re looking to enjoy organized sports, skateboarding, or simply take in the lakefront views, the park provides a welcoming space for the community.
Facility Reservations
The field may be reserved for athletic programs, community events, and group activities. Reservations are required for organized use.

Pershing Park Skate Park
Pershing Park features a dedicated skate park for riders of all skill levels, set against the scenic backdrop of Lake Michigan. The skate park provides a safe, fun environment for skateboards, inline skates, and BMX bikes.
Skate Park Features:
- 18,000 sq ft of riding space
- Ramps, street course, and beginner area
- Open daily 8 a.m. – 10 p.m. (spring through fall)
- Designed for skateboards, inline skates, and BMX bikes only
Lake FX Event
Each July, Pershing Park hosts Lake FX, a high-energy skate event featuring competitions, demonstrations, music, and food. Skaters can sign up to compete or participate in open sessions, and spectators are welcome to come watch and cheer.
It’s one of Racine’s signature summer gatherings celebrating the local skate community.
